Over time, the filigree plastic of the slider buttons on the Grundig TS1000 hardens, causing the fine tangs to break off. Another reason why the controls break off or get lost over time is when removing the front cover on the TS1000 - the sliders in particular can be damaged here, as they are built into the front panel. The knobs and sliders offered here as spare parts for the Grundig TS1000 are 3D printed (FDM) 1:1 to match the original parts. The fine resolution of the surface was achieved through the use of modern 3D printers and filaments. The laser-cut aluminum insert sheet has a brushed surface and impresses with its high-quality workmanship. Our construction is not plugged in, it is screwed. An inserted nut in the regulator knob and a stainless steel screw ensure a secure hold. The sliding behavior is exactly the same as with the original control knobs.
